AFYA Bridge collects user information solely to facilitate an administrative matching marketplace between healthcare facilities and caregivers in Washington State.

• Location data: We collect foreground approximate and precise location data when the app is active to display active job positions on an interactive map. We do not track user location in the background.
• User identifiers and documents: We collect names, phone numbers, emails, date of birth, mailing address, photos, caregiver credential certificates, and facility operational licenses for internal administrative verification.
• Financial transaction data: Subscriptions are managed through Google Play Billing. Internal systems store transaction receipts only to unlock in-app features such as job posting capabilities.

• Service providers: Vendors that assist with cloud hosting, data storage, authentication, messaging, payment processing, and analytics.
• Other users: Certain profile information may be visible to users participating in job matching, placement requests, or caregiving services.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect user safety, prevent fraud, or enforce our policies.

• Encryption: Data collected by the application is encrypted in transit using standard HTTPS protocols.

Users maintain control over their data and can request total account deletion directly within the application profile menu or by visiting our data removal web portal. Upon request, profile records, uploaded license images, credential certificates, and transactional logs will be permanently deleted from active databases within 30 days.

AFYA Bridge is not a healthcare provider, medical facility, nursing agency, or licensed placement agency. Users are responsible for independently verifying qualifications, credentials, services, and care arrangements.

Our Services may integrate with third-party services such as Google Play Services, Firebase, and Google Maps. These services may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updated versions will be posted within the application and on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
